West Oxfordshire District Council are the Planning Authority for the Carterton area and they make planning decisions following consultation with a number of other organisations.

The Town Council is consulted on all the planning applications arising within the boundaries of the town and receives copies of all the relevant plans.

The Planning Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7.30 pm to consider planning applications.

The plans listed below are also available for inspection at the Town Hall between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
