	The next meeting of the Town Council Planning Committee will be held at the Town Hall, Alvescot Road, Carterton, on Tuesday 3 August 2010 at 7.30 p.m. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend. The agenda will be posted on this website 5 days prior to the meeting.

	The Adoption Centre main event of the year. Bring the family and all your doggie friends for a great day out at the adoption centre. Plenty of fun and games for human and K9 friends, homemade cakes and refreshments, arts and crafts and a display of current doggie residents. Enter our fun dog show with fabulous prizes for the winners.

	Acting Community Thingumys enrolment evening : 6pm-8pm	Edit
	Our next event is our enrolment evening for our christmas pantomime. If you would like to be part of ACT and be part of our panto then please come along on Thursday 26th August Come along between 6pm - 8pm To Carterton Community College, Drama Studio The performances will be on 17th, 18th & 19th of Dec and rehearsals will be every Thurs 6.45pm - 9.15pm. There will also be Sunday rehearsals starting in October. Primary school aged children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian and need to be occupanied to every rehearsal and performance.
